Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Canada Facials (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of canadafacials.ca and any related services, content, and online deals (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Canada Facials is an independent, online-only directory and marketplace that helps Canadians discover, compare and book facial treatments at third-party clinics and med-spas across Canada. We also sell selected skincare products and online deals via our storefront, powered by Shopify.

We are not a medical provider. We do not perform treatments, employ practitioners, or supervise the clinical care delivered by listed clinics.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your province) to purchase a deal or product. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at help@canadafacials.ca if you suspect unauthorized use.

Clinic listings, ratings, reviews, hours, prices, photos and other business data are provided either by the clinic itself or by third-party sources such as the Google Maps Platform. We work to keep listings accurate but we do not guarantee, and are not responsible for:

• the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing information (including prices, availability, or hours);
• the quality, safety, legality, licensure, or outcome of any treatment performed by a third-party clinic; or
• any dispute, injury, or loss arising from your interaction with a clinic.

Your relationship with any clinic is solely between you and that clinic.

All content on the Service — including articles, treatment guides, FAQ answers, and AI-generated summaries — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical or dermatological advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this site.

Some deals and products are sold directly through our Shopify storefront. By placing an order you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and any fees.

Deals may be subject to additional terms specific to that offer — for example, expiry dates, blackout periods, one-per- customer limits, or eligibility for first-time customers only. Those terms are shown on the deal page and form part of these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or for errors in pricing or product information.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated and displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time before you complete a purchase.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase:

• Physical products — covered by the return policy shown at checkout, processed via Shopify.
• Service deals / vouchers — refundable in line with the cancellation terms shown on the deal page. Unredeemed deals are generally refundable before the expiry date, less any non-recoverable processing fees. Once a deal has been redeemed at the clinic, it is final sale.

To request a refund, email help@canadafacials.ca with your order number.

You agree not to:

• use the Service in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose;
• scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of clinic listings or content without our written consent;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Service's operation;
• upload malicious code, spam other users, or submit false or misleading reviews or information;
• use automated tools (bots, crawlers) other than well-behaved search-engine crawlers that respect our robots.txt.

If you submit reviews, photos, questions, or other content, you grant Canada Facials a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the Service. You represent that you own or have the right to share what you submit, and that it does not violate anyone's rights.

The Canada Facials name, logo, wordmark (“Discover. Compare. Glow.”), site design, original content, and software are owned by Canada Facials and protected by Canadian and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canada Facials and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) CAD $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canada Facials from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your interactions with any third-party clinic.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or for any other reason. You can stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, for any dispute arising from or related to the Service or these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your home province.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
